For our subscription-based services, the following refund terms apply:
2.1. Trial Period:
If you have subscribed to a service that includes a free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.
2.2. Monthly Subscriptions:
For monthly subscription plans, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
2.3. Annual Subscriptions:
For annual subscription plans paid in advance, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds will be calculated based on the monthly rate and the number of months remaining in your subscription term.
3. Custom Development and Implementation Services
For custom AI solution development, implementation, and integration services, the following refund terms apply:
3.1. Project Milestones:
Custom development projects are typically structured with defined milestones and deliverables. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work that has already been performed.
3.2. Project Cancellation:
If you cancel a custom development project before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the incomplete portions of the project, less a cancellation fee and compensation for work already performed. The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3.3. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our custom development services. If the delivered solution does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements, we will work with you to rectify the issues at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
4. Training and Consulting Services
For training sessions, workshops, and consulting services, the following refund terms apply:
4.1. Cancellation by Client:
If you cancel a scheduled training or consulting session, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- More than 14 days before the scheduled date: Full refund
- 7-14 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund
4.2. Rescheduling:
Instead of cancelling, you may choose to reschedule a training or consulting session without penalty if the rescheduling request is made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
